Questions

Before you come in

What should I bring?

Whatever you can lay hands on, and do not delay the meeting to gather things. Pension statements, policy documents, a recent payslip if you are employed, or last year’s accounts if you own a business. If you have none of it, come anyway. We can trace most things ourselves.

Will you try to sell me something?

Not at a first meeting. There is no product discussion at all. We find out where you stand and put it in writing. If there is something worth doing you will hear about it afterwards, with the costs set out, and you can take as long as you like.

How long does it take?

About half an hour for the first meeting. If you own a business, or if there is a lot to unpick, allow an hour.

Do I have to come to the office?

No. We will come to you, and plenty of our business owner clients prefer that. Video works well too, particularly for a first conversation.

Can my spouse or business partner come?

Please bring them. Retirement and protection decisions affect two people and work far better when both are in the room. The same goes for business partners.

Book a call

Pick a date and time that suits you.

No sales pitch, just a conversation about what you already have, what it is heading for and whether we can improve it. You will get a written summary either way.
